CAPSH provides Rental Support Services to help low-income residents obtain and maintain housing. CAPSH has three services to assist and support those in need: Rapid Exit Services, Supportive Housing Services and Renters Education programs. CAPSH counselors provide flexible assistance to every client’s needs by answering questions and connecting the client to financial and educational resources. Please note: CAPSH does not have funding to provide rental financial assistance.
