Community Outreach

CAPSH strives to provide assistance to low income and historically underserved populations through a variety of services and programs.  CAPSH provides services to non-English speakers by providing access to interpreters and by offering information in other languages. CAPSH also provides access to training on cultural awareness and sensitivity issues (e.g. arranging educational opportunities on issues relating to cultural diversity). CAPSH offers the following Community Outreach Services:

Community Clinics - CAPSH works with the Park Nicollet Foundation and the Faith Congregational Nurse Network to bolster the health care needs of low-income and vulnerable people in suburban Hennepin County.

CAPSH Press Room - A complete list of organizational brochures, newsletters, annual reports, press releases and forms.

Tax Assistance Program - Free tax assistance is offered annually January to April

CAPSH Calendar - A listing of CAPSH and community events

Service Locator - An online tool developed by CAPSH that will point you to local service providers in the community.
