Community Action Partnership of Suburban Hennepin is a community action agency working in all of Suburban Hennepin County to improve the lives of low-income people. We offer services to individuals through outreach, energy assistance programs, food support, homeownership services and financial counseling.

Look before you leap! The Minnesota Home Ownership Center has launched the "Look Before You Leap" campaign -- their latest effort to provide home owners real mortgage support they can trust instead of a scam -- with the support of more than 50 Minnesota business , nonprofit and local government partners. Ridding Minnesota of predatory foreclosure scams by arming homeowners and communities with the information they need to spot and end scams.
CAPSH helps people apply for the Food Support Program to ensure that members of our community have enough food. The program is designed to supplement a family’s or individual’s income by providing money that can be spend on food.
